We like to keep our processes very clear, so after an initial ‘phone or email chat, we will ask you to complete DRIVE’s easy event planning survey, to help us better understand your needs and budget.
We believe that the devil is very much in the detail and we will plan every aspect of your event to ensure that nothing is overlooked. We never lose sight of the fact that this is your event – and, most importantly, your budget, and will work closely with you to ensure that your big night (or day, afternoon, hour…) meets your expectations and comes in on time and on budget.

For every event we design, the process is the same, with detailed planning absolutely vital to its success. Whether that’s for a corporate party at Soho House for 50 VIPs, a Christmas drinks reception for 200 at the prestigious East India Club, Mayfair, or a conference and gala anniversary dinner for 300 guests at the glamorous RIBA in central London.
Here at DRIVE, we are adept at listening to our clients and helping them work out exactly what it is they are trying to achieve with an event, be it a product launch or celebration of a special occasion.
